  • Business Name: The business name you search for or enter

Audit Data We Generate and Store:

  • AI Visibility Score: Your numerical score out of 100
  • Audit Comparison Data: The results of querying AI services (ChatGPT, Gemini) about your business, including what information they returned correctly, partially, or incorrectly
  • Audit Type: Whether you ran a business, online business, or website audit
  • Timestamp: The date and time you ran the audit

All of the above information is stored in our database and associated with your email address.

Information Collected Through Our Plugins

AI Business Facts (Free and Pro Versions)

When you install and use our AI Business Facts plugin, the following data handling applies:

Data Stored on Your Website (Not Sent to Us):

  • Business name, description, address, phone, email, and hours you enter
  • Display settings and plugin configuration
  • This data is stored in your WordPress database and published via your site’s public endpoints (e.g., /.well-known/ai-business.json) as intended by the plugin’s functionality

Data Sent to QMSpace (Opt-In Only):

During the initial setup wizard, you may voluntarily provide your email address and consent to receive product updates. If you check the consent checkbox, the following information is transmitted to our servers:

  • Email address you provide
  • Your website URL
  • Your website name
  • Plugin version
  • Timestamp

This data is only sent if you explicitly consent by checking the opt-in checkbox. If you do not check the consent box, no data is transmitted to QMSpace.

AI Visibility Audit Data: Audit results, email addresses, business names, scores, and related data collected through the free audit tool are retained indefinitely for lead management, marketing, and service improvement purposes, unless you request deletion.

Plugin opt-in data is retained until you unsubscribe from our mailing list or request deletion.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below).

Data Collected by the Plugin on Your Website

Public Business Data

The AI Business Facts plugin is designed to make your business information discoverable by AI assistants and search engines. When you enter business information into the plugin, it is:

  • Stored in your WordPress database
  • Published publicly via endpoints on your website (e.g., /.well-known/ai-business.json, REST API)
  • Embedded in your page’s HTML as structured data (JSON-LD)

You control what information is published. Only enter information you intend to make publicly accessible. The plugin’s Display Settings allow you to choose which fields appear on your public profile page.

CORS (Cross-Origin Resource Sharing)

By default, the plugin allows cross-origin access to your business data endpoints so that AI services and applications can read your business information. You can disable this in the plugin settings if desired.

Cookies

Our websites use cookies to:

  • Remember your preferences
  • Analyze website traffic
  • Enable essential website functionality

The AI Visibility Audit tool uses browser session storage to remember your email address during a session so you do not need to re-enter it for multiple audits. This data is stored only in your browser and is cleared when you close your browser tab.

The AI Business Facts plugin itself does not set any cookies on your website visitors.
